HSNC-Triad

In 2012, we introduced The President's Volunteer Service Award. This is an opportunity for young or old to volunteer at the temple for few hours every week on Saturdays/Sundays and keep a record of your service hours. During THT Annual Day (in August), we will honor volunteers and distribute the awards after verification of your service hours.

Track your hours with a Record of Service: You can keep a record of your activities serving your community, your country and the world. As a recipient of the President’s Volunteer Service Award you receive one of the highest honors – presidential recognition. With that honor comes responsibility to your community, the nonprofit sector and the Office of the President of the United States. As a PVSA award recipient, it’s your duty to not only continue to a live a life of service and encourage others to follow in your footsteps, but also extend your service-minded values outside of your volunteer work as honorable and respectable citizens.

Any individual, family, or group can receive Presidential recognition for volunteering 100 hours or more over a 12-month period (September to August). Follow this link for additional details.
